Navigate life with clarity. Not alone.
Overview
Daiilymade is a life navigation platform that pairs users with trained human guides — Life Navigators — to help them reflect, understand their patterns, and make decisions that feel right for their life. I designed the landing page and the full Navigator onboarding flow: welcome, guided questions, personal details, pattern selection, booking, and confirmation.
The Problem
People going through major life decisions, career changes, relationship shifts, personal reinvention — often feel stuck between therapy (too clinical) and doing it alone (too isolating). There was no middle ground that felt human, judgment-free, and actionable. Daiilymade needed a design that made this unfamiliar concept feel safe and easy to start.
Design Approach
Warm, human, and low-friction from first scroll to first booking.
Reduce perceived risk
Life navigation is an unfamiliar concept. The landing page leads with emotional resonance — "navigate life with clarity, not alone" — before explaining what the service is. Trust first, mechanics second.
Onboarding as conversation
The Navigator flow (welcome → questions → details → pattern → booking) is designed to feel like a thoughtful intake, not a form. Each step is one focused action — keeping cognitive load low while building context for the match.
Human over clinical
Visual language, illustration style, and copy tone were kept warm and personal — deliberately distanced from therapy or coaching aesthetics. The goal was to feel like a trusted friend with structure, not a service provider.
Clear process, clear next step
The Reflect → Understand → Choose → Move framework is surfaced visually on the landing page so users understand the journey before committing. Every section ends with one clear CTA. No ambiguity about what to do next.
